We usually get it at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.boomerangmix.com.br/">Boomerang</a>, just around the block with home delivery services. We never cook home, even don't have breakfast. It's just not worth the fuzz with what we have around here in Humaita.

They even have my Belgian all time favorite Banana c/ Aveia (banaan met havermout in 't Vlaams). But the best is Acai. It's one of the many fruits you find here on the markets that you'll never spot in Belgium. Full of proteins, better than guarana to get through the day and absolutely yummy. comes in all kind of variations; my favorite is Acai con mel. No way to describe it, you have to try it yourself.

It's just not fair to raise them in this smogged / jammed / grey / cynical / stressed country.
This evening on the beach, I smiled and knew for sure where I wanted my kids to grow up in balance.
Everything is here: school, hospital, sun, waves, international friends, smiles, warmth, nature,...
Don't give me the 'your kids will miss culture' argument...
I've been countering that one too many times, nobody stood the test until now.

And you know way? because even when you think im wrong saying this, im not, really. Everytime you recognize you did not do exactly what you really wanted to, is because you know exacly what it is. And well, i know you really know what you want in life, and whats more important, you are taking big decissions, big risk just to get to it . Sooo, my point is you cannot say you are not a fighter, cause you are exactly the biggest warrior of light I have met in my life.
Im sure you are living very hard moments. Its not easy for you start to say god bye to each thing, each friend, each love, each dream you found and built there, but boy, theres a big reason why you took the big decission."

I'm trying... <a target="_blank" href="http://www.probeer.be">trying</a>...

they say terrible things about a man and a woman,
who after much milling about,
all sorts of compunctions,
do something unique,

we ask ourselves whether frogs are so furtive,
or sneeze as they please.
whether they whisper to each other in swamps about illegitimate frogs,
or the joys of amphibious living.
we ask ourselves if birds single out enemy birds,
or bulls gossip with bullocks before they go out in public with cows.

The East End boys and West End girls
In a West End town, a dead end world
The East End boys and West End girls
West End girls

Too many shadows, whispering voices
Faces on posters, too many choices
If, when, why, what?
How much have you got?
Have you got it, do you get it, if so, how often?
And which do you choose, a hard or soft option?
(How much do you need?)

In a West End town, a dead end world
The East End boys and West End girls
In a West End town, a dead end world
The East End boys and West End girls
West End girls

(How much do you need?)

You've got a heart of glass or a heart of stone
Just you wait 'til I get you home
We've got no future, we've got no past
Here today, built to last
In every city, in every nation
From Lake Geneva to the Finland station
(How far have you been?)

In a West End town, a dead end world
The East End boys and West End girls
A West End town, a dead end world
East End Boys, West End girls
West End girls

West End girls

West End girls
(How far have you been?)

At least, Panamanian girls surf, never seen a Costa Rican local on a wave (sofar).

			<title>Panama FAQ</title>

					<a title="Panama FAQ" href="http://photoblog.net/blog/puravida/view/495306"><img src="http://photoblog.net/carmen/thumbs/000/514/514449.gif" alt="Panama FAQ" width="100" height="75" /></a><br/><a target="_blank" href="http://www.talk.org">Pelle</a> suggested his beautiful Panamania wife <a target="_blank" href="http://www.ryze.com/go/leticiaq">Leticia</a> (she's a marketeer) to write a "going out in Panama FAQ". At first I thought he referred to a coolspot list.
But actually, the idea if smarter. One of the major issues I will face when friends (male and some female) will visit Panama is the spinning of their head when they go out.
You might think <a target="_blank" href="http://www.cultureclub.be">Belgian nightlife is 'hot'</a>... a fridge ain't nothing compared to it once you've tasted Panamanian nightlife and women.

And the number of men who burned their fingers are... numerous. Which is why Leticia's FAQ is a must for all my friends planning to visit... Thinking all Panamanian women are 'easy going' because of the bway they look/dress/behave, might be just a too nast experience for my beloved soulmates.
